The Practice offers two types of appointments, routine and emergency.
These are conducted either face to face, via telephone or video; or online via eConsult please state your preference at the time of booking the appointment.
You can book an appointment online, using the NHS App or eConsult (which is usually the quickest method), by calling the surgery or visiting the reception desk.
Please note, that calls may be recorded for training and monitoring purposes.
The time allocated for each appointment is 10 minutes, but time spent with the patient may vary, depending on their needs.
Urgent appointments can be booked on the day.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult, but if a child is unaccompanied by an adult, and is deemed mature enough, the doctor or nurse may agree to see him or her.
Each patient requires a separate appointment.
Routine consultations can be pre-booked.
If an emergency appointment is requested on the day, the duty doctor will assess the request and this will lead to either a face to face, telephone or video consultation.

eConsult allows you to:
- Get advice about specific conditions
- Get advice for general symptoms
- Request sick notes and GP letters
- Get help for common childhood problems
- Request general advice from GP
