Seasonal Influenza Vaccination Campaign in Winter Months (Sep to March) Every Year

Seasonal Influenza Vaccination programme starts from 1st or 2nd week of September every year and ends on 31st March the following year.

All Aged 65 and Over and Aged 18 and Over with clinical risk factors are eligible for free Seasonal Influenza Vaccination. Eligible patients are notified about the availability of vaccines and how to book flu jabs using our self-booking system or by calling the practice. Ideally self booking method is the most convenient method for booking flu jabs as it saves time and effort in otherwise booking flu jabs over the phone or in person.

Aged 2-3 years old who will be receiving Intra-nasal influenza vaccination.

We are running special flu clinics for our patients throughout the week both mornings and afternoons

Patients with multiple conditions will be invited for both their Influenza vaccination and routine check ups in pre-booked appointments.

 All eligible patients will be notified via SMS to book their flu appointments. Please let your practice know if your mobile number has changed.

Please register your details on NHS app and book a flu vaccination appointment of your choice. Please note that registering on NHS app is a quick one-off process to give you access to appointment booking, repeat prescription requests and viewing care records.

If you are unable to book your flu jab via the self book link or the NHS App, you may call us at less busy times to book your flu appointments. Due to high call volume in our busy times we advise our patients to call us between 11am and 3pm for their flu vaccination appointments.
